Object storage
A place for
everything you create.
Store uploads, images, exports, and generated files in Heli Bucket. Use familiar S3 clients with a capacity and endpoint of your own.
import boto3
s3 = boto3.client(
"s3",
endpoint_url=endpoint,
aws_access_key_id=access_key,
aws_secret_access_key=secret_key,
)
s3.upload_file(
"photo.jpg", bucket, "uploads/photo.jpg"
)Heli Bucket
Your files. Your workflow.
A dedicated bucket for each storage service, with private credentials and tools you already know.
S3-compatible
Use the AWS SDKs, boto3, rclone, or other S3-compatible clients. Set your bucket’s endpoint explicitly.
Provisioned capacity
Choose 1–64 GB. Your bill is based on provisioned capacity, with a hard quota on uploads.
Internal and external endpoints
Connect from your application using the internal endpoint, or enable external access for outside tools.
Private by default
Keep objects private and serve them through your app or with time-limited presigned URLs.
Prefixes for organization
Organize files with object-key prefixes. Create a separate storage service when you need another bucket.
Grow when you need to
Resize capacity or opt into auto-expand. Review the additional storage cost before enabling automatic growth.
Details that matter
Simple storage. Clear boundaries.
Each Heli Bucket service has one bucket and credentials scoped to it. Rotate keys without deleting objects, and keep an independent backup of the files that matter.
- $0.08 per provisioned GB per month at standard rates
- Uploads stop at the quota instead of silently exceeding it
- Bucket data is not automatically backed up; use your own sync or export
Public where you need it. Private where you don’t.
